Our Nutritionists offer in-house Consultations for Coached and Uncoached Clients alike, designed to provide you with an opportunity to have in-depth discussions surrounding nutrition, supplementation, how dietary intervention can improve outcomes of diet-related illnesses, private bloodwork referrals & analysis (upfront cost), functional testing and more!

Initial Consultations (Up to 1hr long)

* Clinical Nutrition : $85/visit (referred to our partner Clinical Nutritionist)

* Sports Nutrition : $75/visit 

NOTE: Sports Nutrition Initial Consultations include an Initial Body Composition Assessment with our range of equipment!

Ongoing Consultations (Up to 30mins long)

* Clinical Nutrition : $55/visit (referred to our partner Clinical Nutritionist)

* Sports Nutrition : $45/visit 

We provide private blood testing referrals for those who are needing more specific biomarker tests that cannot be ordered under Medicare by your GP. It is recommended that these tests be forwarded onto your GP or specialist if you are currently under medical advisement due to diet or non-diet related illness. 

- Upfront cost of tests with respective Nutritionist's consult fee.

Body Composition Analysis is a core aspect of our data-driven business model. All protocols and programs are designed to improve your body composition, so tracking these changes expertly and accurately is key to client outcomes. We have a range of equipment to facilitate this:

InBody 270

Our InBody 270 represents the pinnacle of our capabilities to comprehensively monitor body composition data, measuring over 25 physiological parameters all within a 60 second long scan! For more information, please read through the attached InBody Information Pack

* Scan w/ Included Nutrition Consultation : $75/visit

* Scan Only : $45/visit

Harpenden Calliper Skinfold Test

Calliper Skinfolds have stood the test of time amongst sporting and clinical environments. With a calibrated set of Harpenden Skinfold Callipers, we can measure.

* Subcutaneous fat levels under the skin to determine an approximate level of body fat.

* Lean mass and total body fat percentage.

Whilst our InBody 270 is clinically indicated to be the most accurate of our tools, this is also a viable option.

* $45/visit

This service is designed for a club or sporting event and competition day support for individuals and/or organisations. 

This service includes:

• Individual nutritional & supplemental support services, corporate presentations,
• Any other fit for purpose service you can think of!

* Standard fee of $60/hr, or an agreed upon upfront fee for an event
